For made-to-order and custom items, please allow the production time listed in the item’s description for your item(s) to be made and shipped. Production time varies by design.

SHIPPING:

All DOSE pieces shipping both internationally and domestically will be provided a tracking number.  

DOSE is not responsible for COD/custom charges so please take this into consideration when ordering. Please email doseofdiallo@gmail.com with your order # if you have any issues with shipping.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of our brand, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed UNLESS an incorrect address was provided and changed BEFORE items ship.

Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with an order.

If your item arrives faulty/damaged, or you received the wrong item, please report this immediately upon receiving the item, providing photo evidence to doseofdiallo@gmail.com so the issue can be fixed immediately. All items are carefully inspected and photographed before shipping.
